TITLE 1 ANNUAL DINNER
BRIAN RICHARDS / MAGIC OF READING!!
TITLE 1 PROVIDED 2 MORNING ASSEMBLIES AND AN EVENING
PROGRAM FOR TITLE 1 STUDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES!

Title 1  Upcoming events for Fall 2014

October 16th
 Title 1 dinner 
 Dinner is from 6-6:30 pm followed by an
 evening of storytelling with Mark Daniel
 Featuring Storyteller Mark Daniel
 Mark Daniel Storyteller

The Title 1 Parent Make It and Take It night was a success!! The presenters included Mrs. Hogan, Mrs. Leonard, Mrs.Kerstetter, Mrs. Morgan, Mrs. Rosario,and Mrs. Wisowaty.Parents moved throughout
stations that included reading activities for them to use with their children at home!!

Reading tips for parents available in English and 10 other languages!

Title 1 2013-2014 schedule

Brian Chevalier provided  two assemblies and an evening program for Title 1 parents
and students on October 17th. "Rock out for Reading" was a huge success with the
students!!  

Bruce Weaver provided a puppet show centered around  Dr. Seuss celebration
on February 27th!

Upcoming events:
Title 1 Parent Make It and Take It
Thursday, April 24th from 6-7 pm.
Title 1 students in 1st and 2nd grade , along with their parents,
may attend !! Parents will have an opportunity to make and take
reading inspired activities !

Title 1 Smart Start Summer Program

July 15-August 1 is the Title 1 summer program

for students in grades K-2.

NOVEMBER NEWS
Kindergarten parents and their children are invited to our
"Kindergarten Make It and Take It" workshop on
Tuesday, November 13 from 6-7:15 pm. Child care will
be provided. Presenters include: Mr. Tewksbury, Ms. Sleboda,
Mrs. Pitchford, Mrs. Johnson and Mrs. Wisowaty. We look
forward to this hands -on experience with the parents!
